Subject: Recipes with Fresh Basil


I planted basil this year, and have an overabundance of it now. I've
made fresh pesto a few times, but I still can't keep ahead of the basil.
I know I will dry any extra available at the end of the growing season.
Can anyone recommend some recipes that make use of fresh basil,
especially if the quantity is high.
