Low Fat Strawberry Angel Food Cake Dessert

1 large package of strawberry Jell-O
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 angel food cake.

Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces and put in oblong cake pan.
In bowl, mix Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water and 1 cup cold water.
When it has thickened (but not completely set) pour over cake. Mix pudding
as directed on box with low fat milk. Pour over Jell-O and cake.
Refrigerate. If desired serve topped with low fat cool whip topping.
