Meat Balls That Kids Really Love! Easy To Prepare.

For The Meat Balls:
1/2 kilo of grinded meat
2 slices of dark bread
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
pepper


The Sauce:
3 oil spoons
1 spon of flour
small can of mashed tomato
2 glasses of cold water
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt and pepper by the taste

To the grinded meat add the egg, bread that was soaked in water and
squeezed. Create little balls. Heat oil in cooking pot. Add the flour and
fry it a little. Add the mashed tomato and continue to fry. Gradually add
the cold water. Add the sugar. Bring it to boil. Cook for 1/2 hour.
