Stroganoff Beef Burgers
1 to 1 1/2 lb ground beef 3 slices bacon, diced 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 Tbsp enriched flour 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika Dash of Pepper 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup dairy sour cream 8 to 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted Brown ground beef and bacon. Add onion, cook until tender but not brown. Drain off the excess fat. Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly until covered, 20 min. stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve in toasted buns or over toast points. Serves 8-10. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
