Speedy Doughnuts
Oil for deep frying 1 (7.5 ounce) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits. Sugar In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat oil to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Using small round cookie cutter, cut hole in center of biscuit. Fry biscuits and holes in hot oil until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side; drain. While hot, roll doughnuts and holes in sugar to coat. Serve warm. Makes 10 doughnuts. Recipe Submitted By June -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
