Default Coddled eggs

I have two Royal Worster egg coddlers. How do I use them? Should I hot use
them, just preserve them?
Thanks,
Carolyn

Thank you sf. I have 2 RW's that were my late wife's. Haven't used them
since she died 22 years ago (too young). Gotta get them out, wash, and
try some of those recipes.
