Endives
 

I tried sautééing endives with a little herbed olive oil, dusting them with
small amounts of granulated sugar as I turned them. Once they started to
brown, added some basalmic vinegar to the pan. After the vinegar had
thickened, used a spoon to thoroughly cover them. Quite tasty!
