Title: Apple Raisin Salad

5 To 8 apples (any variety)
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Miracle Whip Free
1 Stalk celery, finely diced
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Concentrated lemon juice

Prep time: 20-30 minutes. Core and chop apples into
bite-sized chunks. Add celery and raisins. In a
separate container, mix together the Miracle Whip,
lemon juice and sugar. Pour the Miracle Whip mixture
over the fruit and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for
at least an hour before serving. *For chewy raisins,
soak them in boiling hot water for about 5 minutes
