I am a student and I love to cook. Unfortunatly, my financial
resources are somewhat limited. Does anyone have any easy, inexpensive favourites they would like to share? Thanks. |

Does anyone have any easy, > inexpensive favourites they would like to share? Thanks. I've always found eggs to be a very versatile and affordable ingredient. Boiled, they can make a salad colourful and filling; they're delicious scrambled, either plain or with cheese and / or ham (or sausages too) or you can create wonderful omelettes and fritattas by just adding whatever you want: cheese, vegetables, potatoes, even rice or pasta, meat, seafood. Just a few suggestions here, I'm sure you can think of a million more :-) Victoria |
