Toss in some freshly-squeezed lime and orange juice. Sprinkle a little sugar to taste. Then the artistry... this time (for Easter) I added some "Champagne Wine and Strawberry Vinegar," but another fruity or balsamic would work. Lovely. Even the fussy kids liked it. __ Jack |
