Kielbasa & Green Beans
Ingredients
1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/2" slices
1 lb green beans, washed
1 sm leek, washed, cut into 1/4" slices
1 sm red bell pepper, diced
1/4 c Russian salad dressing
Directions
Steam beans until just tender. Drain and return to pan with red
pepper, leek and Russian dressing. Cover and heat through over
low heat. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain well. Mix the
veggies and sausage together & serve with rice or small
macaroni.
