Basic Potato Salad
Servings: 8 servings. What you need: Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 large red skin potato 1 can peas and carrots 2 large pickles (pickled in vinegar) 3/4 cup Kraft Light Salad Dressing (enough to bind) 2 tbsp. prepred mustard Salt and pepper to taste 3 hard boiled eggs, cut inti small cubes (optional) Ready, set, cook! 1. Boil potatos in skins until done. Peal potatos and cut into 1" cubes. 2. Drain peas and carrots and add to potatos. 3. Cut pickles into small cubes and add to the vegetables. 4. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill and serve. |
