Spoon this gem over iceberg lettuce wedges or a colorful fresh fruit salad. INGREDIENTS - 1 cup vegetable oil - 1/3 cup cider vinegar - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tablespoon grated onion - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon dry mustard - 1 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS In blender, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, poppy seeds, dry mustard, and salt; process until smooth and thick. Transfer to bowl or jar; cover and refrigerate up to 2 day. Stir well before using.
