Need something quick and easy to make tonight? Well it's tasty too! Try out this recipe and let me know what you think:
![]() What You'll Need: 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 2 3/4 cups hot water 1/2 cup milk 1 box Hamburger Helper® lasagna 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz) Directions: 1. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta and Sauce Mix. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; simmer about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Like this recipe?
