There used to be an asian resturant in my mall that served this AMAZING chicken that they called cajun chicken. It was in little balls and was crunchy (fried) and had a sweet sauce on it. I am having trouble finding a recipe for this because everytime i search the word cajun it brings up a recipe for spicy chicken breasts which is totally wrong. This dish that I am talking about I have seen in many buffet type asian resturants and in alot of asian resturants in malls. If you know how to make it or where I can find a recipe that would be awesome. I am not a good cook nor do i cook alot just letting you all know.
thanks for the help cameron |
