I have enjoyed theses since i was a kid and are still one of my favorite breakfast treats. First fill a frying pan about a half inch full with olive oil get it hot enough to fry and start by streaching out a piece of dough try to make it as thin as possible but never roll it out fry till gilden on both sides cover in butter and suger, or you can use left over pizza sauce and a little peccorino romano.
