Hot Chocolate Mix
This is my own recipe and is very easy to make.. It has indefinite shelf life if kept air-tight and dry... 1 BIG can of Nestle's Choclate drink mix (3 lbs 8 ozs) 2 pounds powered sugar 12 oz non-dairy coffee creamer (Hazelnut flavor is GREAT!) 2 pounds dry milk mix Mix all together and store in a DRY cool place.. Add 4 to 5 heaping teaspoons into one cup BOILING water Makes a ton of mix.. I get some artsy-fartsy quart fruit jars and give this mix as Christmas gifts to co-workers and such. . . |
