Boogie Woogie Beef Recipe By :Southern U.S. Cuisine (crockpot collection) at htt Serving Size :4 Cuisine : Main Ingred. : Categories :Main Dish Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------- -------------------------------- 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) 1/2 cup red wine 1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 pounds stew beef 8 ounces fresh mushrooms --sliced 8 ounces baby carrots Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir. Cook on HIGH 4 hours and LOW 4 hours (or just LOW for about 8 to 10 hours). This recipe yields 4 servings.
