Corn Fritter Bread

Recipe By :
Serving Size :1
Cuisine :
Main Ingred. :

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------- --------------------------------
1/3 c Water --lukewarm
3 c Bread Flour
3 tb Dry milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Honey
3/4 c Canned Corn
2 ts Chives
1/4 c Sour Cream
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Add ingredients to Automatic Bread Machine per manufacturers
instructions. This recipe is recommended for regular and rapid bake
cycles. Be sure to drain canned corn very well before measuring.
Dough will not be as firm in the kneading precess as you're used to.
Relax, it will rise to the occasion. **To make fried corn fritters,
use the dough cycle. Roll dough our into a one-inch thickness and
then slice into one-inch cubes. Drip into pre-heated cooking oil
(fritters should sizzle immediately) for approximately one minute,
stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
