Raisin Butterscotch Pie Recipe By : Serving Size :8 Cuisine : Main Ingred. : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------- -------------------------------- 1 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces 1 pk Instant butterscotch pudding Mix --3.4 ounces 2 c Cold milk 2 c Sour cream --16 ounces 1 c Raisins 1 Medium firm banana --sliced- Into 1/4 inch pieces 1 Pastry shell --9 inched- Baked Frozen whipped topping- -thawed In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mixes and milk; beat until thick, about 3 minutes. Fold in sour cream; stir in raisins. Place banana slices in pastry shell; top with pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped topping. Yield 6 - 8 servings.
