No 'Cook' quick & easy Christmas Fudge

This recipe is for those of you who are always going and have little
time to spare.. I'm a single father with two teenagers and their
girlfriends

No 'cook' Christmas fudge

2 large packages (21 ounce) semisweet chips
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 sticks butter (NOT margarine)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut, pecans, peanut etc if desired

Microwave the milk and butter until it bubbles (2 to three minutes)
add the vanilla, chips and nuts and stir until the chips melt.. Turn
into a lightly greased 13x9 glass dish.. The fudge will take about
three hours to set completely but can be eaten in just a few minutes..
You can vary the stiffness of the candy by varying the amount of
butter.. Add 1/2 stick more to make it soft and creamy.. Less makes it
firmer.. This recipe makes about five to six pounds of fudge.. Works
with any type of chips: White Choc, peanut butter, milk choc etc

Merry Christmas
