Almond Truffles
3 oz ground almonds
3 oz castor sugar 3 oz sieved cake crumbs Apricot jam A little sherry dessicated coconut grated chocolate Mix the almonds, sugar and crumbs. Add sufficient sieved and warmed jam to bind, and the sherry. Form into small balls and toss these in the coconut or chocolate. |
