Default Easy Cheese Souffle

1 pint milk and water
3 oz breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
mustard
2 to 3 oz cheese

Heat the liquid and pour it over the breadcrumbs, leave to soak for 15 mins,
then beat it up, adding egg yoke, salt pepper mustard and cheese. Then, fold
in lightly the stiffly whisked egg white. Pour mixture into a greased pie
dish. Bake at 400 F for 30 to 40 mins until risen and golden brown. Serve
immediately.
