1 cucumber
2 oz grated cheese
half pint white sauce
tomato slices

Peel a cucumber, cut into pieces approx 1 inch long and sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Steam until tender approx 30 mins, put into a dish and add
one and half oz grated cheese to half pint white sauce and pour over the
cucumber. Sprinkle half oz cheese on top, add some slices of tomato and
bake at 450 F until golden brown for 10 to 15 minutes.
