lol ... actually it's Welsh Rarebit but the "rarebit" is pronounced rabbit.

According to a number of references (including online Merriam-Webster), it
was Welsh Rabbit first, then corrupted into Rarebit. There were also
English and Scotch Rabbits. Interesting article at

Thanks for the article. Very interesting. I've always known it as Welsh
Rarebit but was told it was pronounced "rabbit." Good info there. :)
