How to make large bakery-style bran muffins?
 

Hi,

Does anyone have the recipe for those extra large bakery muffins? bran
preferrably, but other recipes are welcome. I tried using a standard
muffin recipe mix and just adding more mix to each muffin, but that just
resulted in heavier and dense muffins, but not much bigger.
