BREAD DUMPLINGS
6 c. dry cubed bread 2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 3 c. flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add milk last. Use only enough milk to work the dough into a very firm dough. Then mold by hand into dumplings about the size of a large egg.
