Vegetarian Tostadas
Category: Vegetarian Yield: 5 servings 1 can ORTEGA® Fat Free Refried Beans 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 packet (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular 1 pkg (10-count) ORTEGA® Tostada Shells (10 ct), warmed 2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 can (4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained Procedures COOK beans, onion and seasoning mix in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently, until heated through. SPREAD bean mixture evenly over tostada shells. Top with toppings.
