Default chili cheese ball

Chili Cheese Ball

8-oz. softened Cream Cheese

1-1/4 cups shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2 of a 7-oz. can well drained Green Chiles

1 Tbsp. finely minced Onion

1 Jalapeno' Pepper, finely minced

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

3/4 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped small

In food processor, thoroughly blend cheeses. Add chilies, onions and

Worcestershire sauce and blend in pulses so you don't mash up the chilies

to much. Chill several hours covered. Take out of fridge and shape into

a ball. Roll ball in nuts, wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with Crackers, Tortilla Chips, and Dipping

Chips.

Bon Apetit' Patty
