Sweet Potato Appetizers



2 40 oz. cans sweet potatoes

1 stick of butter

2 cups bread crumbs

2 cups pancake syrup

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper



In bowl mash potatoes. Add in butter, pancake syrup, salt and pepper.

Make into golf ball size balls. Roll in bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve as an appetizer or with a ham or turkey dinner.
