FDA Nationwide Consumer Alert: Smoked Nova Salmon
products may be contaminated with Listeria


Please note that in a related action, the United States United States
Attorney for the Southern District of Florida filed a civil complaint
against Sea Specialties, Inc. d/b/a Florida Smoked Fish Company, for
introducing into interstate commerce food that is unsafe for human
consumption.

This follows a recall made on March 23, 2005 involving Sea
Specialities, Inc., d/b/a Florida Smoked Fish Company.
