Black Jack Barbecue Sauce
1 cup strong black coffee 1 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup catsup 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoon salt 2 cups chopped onions 1/4 cop minced hot chili peppers (your choice) 6 cloves garlic, minced Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer 25 minutes. Strain or puree in a blender or food processor, refrigerate between uses. Makes five cups. |
