Default BARBECUE SAUCE

BARBECUE SAUCE (enough for four chicken breasts and then some)

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons brown mustard

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons chili powder*

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2/3 cup ketchup

1/3 cup vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar (tightly packed)

1/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and then brush or dip the

meat in the sauce.

*I don't particularly like chili powder so I leave it out and there is

no difference in the taste.
