Ingredients: 1/3 cup salad oil 3 tablespoons sesame oil 6 small dry hot chili peppers * You can find Chinese cooking ingredients and cookware at our online store at: http://www.chinesefooddiy.com/shopping.htm Directions: Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, add the chili peppers and the sesame oil, and stir-fry for approximately 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Strain and discard the peppers.
