Barbeque Sauce without added sugar
 
Do you have any recipes without added sugar or other sweeteners? I think
the sugar in ketchup is plenty.

Carolyn, I do have quite a few recipes without sugar or sweeteners, as
my mom is a diabetic. Aside from that, my hubby hates sweets, which is a
good thing, cause he is sweet enough as it is. LOL

good for your buddy
no fondness for ketchup here.
why consider something that will not die in a 1000 years as a food group
companion.

look for mango chutney, rrecipes, and you might agree with me.
sugars are naturally not so fine.
fruit sugars are likely acceptable to him
even corn sugars, have their place

suggestios for diabetics?
beans were the mainstay of diabetics a few thousand years ago.

no great fondness to ketchup
buy the cheapest chutney you can get.
and you improved your chances a 1000 fold.
a good chutney, and your lover will your dreams come true.
sugar is kinda redundant.
what is bad for you is straight up sugar.
corn sugar at least provides some nutrients.

SO YOUR SUGAR IS KILLING YOU?
yup probably.
diabetic is running amuck.

sugar from fruit is called fruitose.

sugar is not sugar
it is at least 4 levels.
some work ith some people.
sometimes it just doesn't work.
