Ingredients 4 large Creole tomatoes peeled sliced 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning 16 oz. assorted white shredded cheese 1 cup flour 1 stick soft butter 1bunch of green onions chopped 1 lb. bacon fried crispy 16 oz. assorted yellow shredded cheese 1 cup sharp cheddar Directions For crust mix flour, cheddar cheese, and butter. Press into pie pan or round cake pan. Bake until flaky about 15 min. in a 350F oven. Saute onions in bacon fat drain and pat with grease add Italian season. Layer tomatoes, cheeses, bacon and green onion mix. Ending with tomatoes and top with green onions. Bake in a 350F oven until cheese melts.
