Dipping Sauce For Beef
3 Tbsp. sugar 2 red or green chili peppers, seeded & finely chopped 4 clove garlic, minced 1/3 cup lime juice 2 Tbsp. white vinegar 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. water In a small mixing bowl stir together sugar, red or green peppers and garlic. Stir in lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce and water. Makes about 2/3 cup. |
