POT ROAST
*Requires use of a Crock Pot 1-2 lbs. roasting meat 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 med. onion, sliced into rings Worcestershire sauce Garlic Powder Salt Pepper 1. Sprinkle meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on all sides until covered. 2. Pour a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce on meat ("generous" should be determined by your taste buds. I love the stuff so I put a ton on.) 3. Place in Crock Pot and pour can of stewing tomatoes w/ juice over meat. 4. Place sliced onion over and around meat. 5. Sprinkle a bit more Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder into pot. 6. Set at low and cook for about 8 hours. 7. Serve and enjoy! |
