Banana Sourcream Bread
Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 cup butter 3 cups white sugar 3 each large eggs 6 each very ripe bananas 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking soda 1 16 ounce sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 cup walnuts -- chopped cinnamon and sugar mixture Preheat oven to 300ºF. Greas 4 7 x 3 inch loaf pans, and dust lightly with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add salt, baking soda, and flour to above mixture, and mix well. Stir in duts. Divide into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
