Mexican-Style Tomato Bean Soup

Yield: 8 servings
3 cups tomato juice
1 can (16-oz.) ORTEGA® Refried Beans
16 oz ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
1 cup water
1 pkg (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
2 cups 4 cheese Mexican blend, divided

Procedures
Garnish suggestions: tortilla chips, croutons, sour cream and cooked,
crumbled bacon
COMBINE juice, beans, salsa, water and seasoning mix in large
saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring
occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup
cheese. Top with remaining cheese and garnish as desired.
