Mexican Dip
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese grated 1 sm can diced green chilies 1 sm can chopped black olives 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 T. cilantro 1 envelope good sesame salad dressing (mixed with oil & vinegar) Mix altogether and serve with tortilla chips. |
