Default Spoon Bread

Spoon Bread



1 pkg dry yeast

2 T warm water (about 110 degrees)

2 cups warm water ,same as above

3/4 cup vegetable oil

4 cups self rising flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg



Dissolve yeast in the two T of water, combine remaining

ingredients and add to yeast mixture. Spoon into

greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 14 to 20 minutes
