Grilled Asparagus With Ginger-lemon Vinaigrette Recipe By: John Ash Serving Size: 4 Cuisine: Main Ingredient: Categories: Grilling, Asparagus, Side Dish -= Ingredients =- 1 pound Young tender asparagus Salt ; to taste Freshly ground pepper to taste ; to taste === GINGER-LEMON VINAIGRETTE === 1 tablespoon Very-finely minced peeled fresh ginger 1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup Light vegetable oil 1 1/2 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon Sugar === GARNISH === 1 tablespoon Lightly-toasted sesame seeds -= Instructions =- Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals until crisp tender and serve warm or at room temperature with Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. This recipe yields 4 servings.
