Lemon-Pepper Vinaigrette Recipe By: HOT OFF THE GRILL with Bobby Flay - (Show # HG-1A Serving Size: 0 Cuisine: Main Ingredient: Categories: Salads/Dressings, Condiments -= Ingredients =- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1 small shallot ; coarsely chopped 1/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1/4 teaspoon sea salt -= Instructions =- Place lemon juice and shallot in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add the olive oil and blend until emulsified. Add pepper and salt and blend for 5 seconds. This recipe yields about 1 cup.
