Cheese Party Platter
Serves:6 Ingredients 8 ounces sharp or extra-sharp Cheddar cheese 8 ounces Saint-Paulin cheese 8 ounces chèvre cheese 8 ounces mild blue cheese 1 bunch seedless green or red grapes Romaine leaves 1 baguette French bread Instructions 1. Remove cheese from refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature. 2. Wash and dry romaine leaves. Line a straw mat or plate with romaine. Arrange cheese on leaves leaving enough space to allow air to circulate between them. Provide a knife for each variety. 3. Snip grapes to make several smaller bunches.
