Artichokes with Garlic Dip
Serves:4


Ingredients
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tsp. chili sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium artichokes, trimmed and cooked

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except artichokes; blend well.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve as a dip with artichokes.
