Easy Cheese Spread
Serves:6


Ingredients
1 (6-1/2 oz.) soft, garlic-flavored cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups shredded American cheese (6 oz.)
1 jar (2-oz.) diced pimiento, drained
2 tbsp. sliced green onion

Instructions
1. Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise. Stir in all other ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve with crackers or as a
sandwich spread.
