Snow Crab with Sauce
Serves:4 Ingredients 1-1/2 lbs. snow crab clusters, single-cut legs or split legs 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. margarine 1 can (8-oz.) low-sodium tomato sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 tsp. dried oregano Instructions 1. Rinse crab clusters under cold water. Cut into serving size pieces. Score backs of leg sections using large heavy knife or slit with kitchen shears. 2. For sauce, in a small saucepan cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except crab. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
