Old Fashioned Biscuits and Gravy
Serves:6 Ingredients 6 bakery buttermilk biscuits 1 lb. bulk pork sausage 3 tbsp. flour 2 cups milk Instructions 1. Heat biscuits in 350°F oven until warm, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, brown sausage and continue to cook until no pink remains; drain well. 2. In a jar with a screw top lid shake together flour and half of the milk. Stir into sausage. 3. Add remaining milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Serve over biscuits. Recipe Courtesy of: YourStoresRecipes |
