APPLE HILL CAKE



Combine:



2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs



Grate 4 cups of Granny Smith or Pippin apples (peeled)



To the apples, add:



2 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. nutmeg

2 tsp. baking soda



Add apple mixture to sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a

greased 9x13 pan and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350. Cool before

serving. For a special treat, top with whipped cream or vanilla ice

cream.
